Sizing and Fit

Please take note of our sizing recommendations on each of the product pages. 

We recommend wearing the shoes indoors for at least a few minutes before committing to keeping them to make sure the fit and sizing is right for your feet.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 72 hours. Shipping charges apply. 

We strongly recommend choosing the shipping option with "Signature Required" as once the item is with the carrier, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. 

We offer free shipping on one return or exchange per order on full priced items, on orders within the U.S. See our return policy. 

For international orders, all shipping is at buyer's expense. We do not offer free return shipping on international orders. We recommend choosing DHL for reliable international shipping.

Shoe Care

For nubuck or suede:

To remove dust, take either a dry towel or a shoe brush and lightly brush off the dust. To clean or remove a specific mark or area, use a rubber eraser to gently remove dirt or smudges, then brush the area lightly with a shoe brush. There are also sprays you can purchase to protect nubuck or suede against rain as well as stains. We recommend this spray. Use as directed.

For leather:

For scuff marks or smudges, use a moist wipe to remove them. If needed, we recommend this leather cleaner. Use as directed.

 

Shoe Components 

Our shoes feature leather or fabric uppers. Many of our shoes also feature soles that are custom-molded, made of either rubber or polyurethane. Both materials are flexible and PU soles are also lightweight and has a density that is resistant yet not quite as hard as wood or plastic. PU soles also don't wear down!

Our shoes also contain thick padding in the footbed as well as soft lining and arch support.
