Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days upon receipt of shipment unless indicated as final sale. All sale merchandise as noted is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange. Flash sale items are non-refundable and may be eligible for exchanges or store credit.
We recommend wearing the shoes indoors for at least a few minutes before committing to keeping them to make sure the fit and sizing is right for your feet. We ask that items are returned un-worn and un-damaged. We do not accept any merchandise back that has been visibly worn outdoors. HOPP reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
As we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, we offer free shipping on one return or exchange per order unless the item is listed as final sale. If a second exchange is desired, buyer must pay for shipping fees and an outbound shipping charge will apply. Please note, your original shipping charge is not refunded.
For eligible returns and exchanges, email us at info@hoppstudios.com for a courtesy return shipping label and instructions to process the return or exchange.
All items for returns or exchanges must be shipped and with the courier within 10 business days from the date of return authorization by our customer service. Any items shipped for return beyond this time period will not be accepted and authorization for return is invalidated.
For any purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly honor a price adjustment if you contact us within 14 days of the original date of shipment. This does not apply to items purchased with a limited-time discount code.
